Knaggs Guitars is an American boutique instrument manufacturer which was founded by Joe Knaggs, a world-renowned luthier and ex-PRS director of Research and Development, and Private Stock Department in 2009, and he has brought his 25 years of guitar making experience over to his own guitar brand. Knaggs’ aim is to produce the best instruments whilst using state-of the art materials and having world class builders building them, and this philosophy is demonstrated in this T1 Severn X Guitar that we have here at Bella Romeo. This guitar features a Tier 1 flamed maple top and light weight alder body wood construction. The Tier 1 maple is an upgraded option, which gives the guitar stunning and unique aesthetics while providing bright tones, and the alder brings a more balanced tonal profile. It features a 22-fret Ebony fingerboard and Tier 1 flamed maple neck, which the Ebony allows for more sustain and brightness and the T1 flamed maple neck is also an upgraded option and it provides snappy attack and unrivalled playability. For electronics, it is equipped with two Bareknuckle Aftermath humbuckers, which are the perfect choice of pickups for metal guitarists as they have quick bass response, thick midrange and clear highs.
