The Gibson ES-335 is an iconic semi-hollow electric guitar that has been highly regarded for its versatility, tone, and classic design. The ES-335 Cherry from 1999 is a specific model that has gained a strong reputation among guitarists.
The ES-335 Cherry features a semi-hollow body construction, which means it has a solid block of wood running through the center with hollow “wings” on the sides. And the electronics works perfectly as they should. The truss rod works well in both directions, and the frets are about 70-80% tall. The guitar is all original and comes with the original hardshell case, and a truss rod tool.
