Description

Fender has a wide range of guitar selections, even just for one guitar model, from beginner Squier guitars all the way to fancy custom shop gems. For the Highway One Stratocaster, it is a US-made Fender that has all the US quality, but represents a great value compared with other US made series from Fender. It features an alder body construction, which is the typical tonewood that Fender uses and it provides a balanced tone. It also a nitrocellulose finish, which gives the guitar a desirable vintage vibe.  The neck is a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard and a maple neck, and it brings a smooth playing feel and warm tones. For electronics, it comes with three Hot Strat single-coil pickups and the greasebucket tone circuit, which the pickups are given more power compared to previous generations and the tone circuit allows the high-end to be rolled off without compromises. This guitar is used, and it is in very good condition. There is a few small ding and light scratches on the top, side and at the back of the body. Dullness in the finish in various areas of the body; the Highway One nitro is originally thin and not nearly as glossy as polyurethane.  The fretboard and neck are in great condition as there are no dings and scratches on the neck. The top of the headstock has a few nicks that are not visible, but can be felt by touch.  There are about 80% of the frets remaining. The electronics, truss rod and hardwares are working properly as they should. The chrome finish remain intact. For all technical specifications, please see additional information tab above. If you are looking for a more affordable US-made Fender Stratocaster with a vintage look, then this the guitar for you!
