Description
The Atelier Z Beta 6/32 is 32-inch scale length design that started with a collaboration project between Atelier Z and Base Magazine (Japan). After that, it is a popular spot model that was reproduced several times in Atelier Z’s shop order. Production of this model is quite limited, and it is rarely available in the pre-owned market. Based on the Atelier Z’s specifications of the ash body and maple neck/maple fingerboard, EMG pickup is mounted in a P/H layout. The preamplifier is equipped with Atelier Z original. It’s a medium-scale 32-inch design, but the tension of the B strings is pronounced clearly and the pitch remains stable. It is a very usable 6-string with great versatility and very practical ergonomics. It is lightweight and well balanced without any hint of neck dive. The fingerboard is extremely flat so most players would find every fret across the neck reachable.
This bass is used and is in Excellent+ condition. There is one minor ding on the side of the body if examined carefully, and hairline marks on the back. The neck has virtually no wear. There is no decrease in frets, and there is plenty of room for truss rods, and the electronics work as they should. All specifications are listed in the Additional Information tab above.
