Description
The Yamaha BBNE2 Nathan East Signature bass is the collaboration between Yamaha and the legendary session bassist, who has appeared on multiple albums and tours with all kinds of artists such as Eric Clapton, Herbie Hancock and Toto. This bass features a maple/alder body construction, which gives a mixture of brightness and punch in the tonal department. It features a 24-fret ebony fretboard and a neck through 5-piece maple/mahogany neck, which the ebony is consistent and bright, and the maple/mahogany has a snappy attack and warm tones. For electronics, it comes with two Yamaha Custom Stack Type/ Alcino V pickup and active electronics, which has a lot of tonal options and provides a ton of headroom.
This bass is used and it is in mint condition. There are no imperfections on the top, sides and the back of the body apart from a few minor light scratches on the backplate. There are no nicks and scratches on the neck and fretboard, and the frets are virtually new. There are no nicks and scratches on the headstock. The electronics are working normally, the gold finish remains intact and the truss rod functions in both direction. This bass comes with a certificate of authenticity, an original deluxe hardshell case and original toolkit. All specifications are listed in the Additional Information tab above.
